Mr. Loreto joined Regan in March 2025. Before joining Regan Capital, he served as Vice President and Trader at Hilltop Securities, where he specialized in investment-grade and high-yield corporate trading. Over his eight-year tenure at Hilltop, he progressed through multiple leadership roles, gaining extensive expertise in structured product sales and fixed-income markets. Mr. Loreto began his career with internships at Qualcomm and PrimeLending’s Secondary Markets division, where he developed a strong foundation in portfolio analytics, cash forecasting, and mortgage-backed securities. Mr. Loreto holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Texas Tech University.
